EMCC (European Counseling and Counseling Council) recommends, after every 35 hours of coaching practice, coachesshould have a working hour with supervision(supervisor).
The ICF (International Coaching Federation) also recognizes,Coaching Supervisionis an important factor in the professional development, learning and maturation of the coach.
Coaching Supervision is an eventfirstlyandonlyin Vietnam about the importance of supervision - activities that help build confidence and improve coach capacity. In this sharing session, Coach For Life will help Coaches understand and clarify issues:
Understanding What is Supervision? What is the difference between Supervision/ Mentoring/ Coaching?
